In 2017, I knew I was serious about this little photography business, so I flew out to Texas for the weekend to learn from one of the best newborn photographers in a one-on-one mentor program. Estela Giargei was such a wonderful teacher and I learned so many things from her. She has the most fabulous studio with gorgeous natural light. She taught me about business and what to do and what not to do.
After losing my base preset that I’ve spent years tweaking yesterday, I found myself early this morning looking back at my notes from our mentoring session. It’s like I’m starting at the beginning again. And I think I’m ok with that.
