There have been so many requests for the sweet, timeless and traditional portraits. And I’ve been saying “no, I don’t do those” for too long. I was worried that my “natural light” style wouldn’t fit in with the “studio lighting” that many photographers use for these types of portraits. I recently held my stock the closet event and a few of those shots of the children made me think, “hey I can do those!” So I’ve been sneaking a couple of quick poses during newborn shoots of older siblings, had some friends bring their beautiful kids to the studio and held a model call just to practice, get my editing right and be ready to open up booking!
Now I’m ready! I can’t wait to document these years for you with these timeless portraits! I think they are best suited for 1-5 years old, but really if they can sit up unassisted, I think it can work!
